What information we collect

• Details you give us when you make an enquiry, request a quote or book, such as your name, email address, phone number, pickup and drop off addresses, dates and times, flight numbers, number of passengers and any special requirements.

• Correspondence when you contact us by phone, email or through our website forms.
• Technical information when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser and device type and the pages you view. This is collected by the tools that keep our website secure, block spam and measure visits.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data. If you choose to tell us about something such as a mobility or medical need so that we can plan your journey properly, we use it only for that purpose.

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote, as a step before entering into a contract with you.
• To plan and carry out your booking, which is necessary to perform our contract with you.

• Google, which provides reCAPTCHA spam protection on our forms, the fonts used on our website and our Google reviews display.
• Microsoft, which provides our email service.
• Trusted partner chauffeurs, where another driver completes part or all of a journey on our behalf. They receive only the details needed to carry out that journey.
• Our professional advisers, such as our accountant, and public authorities where we are required to by law.

International transfers

Some of these providers, including Google, Microsoft and Automattic, may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by the EU US Data Privacy Framework or by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Cookies

Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. These include cookies that are essential for the website and its forms to work, security cookies used by our firewall and by Google reCAPTCHA, and statistics used to count visits to our pages. How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and follow up. We keep booking, invoice and payment records for as long as Irish tax law requires, which is currently six years. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.
